I have lived
in beautiful Durango since 1976. I received a degree in Business Administration from Fort Lewis College.
I spent 10 years at Durango Mountain Resort, finishing my career there as Director of Sales
and Marketing. My family of four is very active in the community and enjoys running, biking, hiking,
and skiing.

About Nicole
One of the most important things about life is where you live, and when it comes to Durango some people just can't stay away.
Nicole attended college at the University of Colorado, and after graduating she gave the big city a try. She quickly became one of the top producing sales agents for a national builder.
Leading her own team, she received high marks for providing excellent customer service. As an additional service to her buyers, Nicole gained valuable knowledge while she studied and
passed the Colorado Real Estate Appraisers exam.
Nicole and her husband Jeff welcomed their baby girl, Vivienne Ferrara Perino, to the world on April 9, 2011. On their off days they
enjoy spending time in the mountains hiking, biking, skiing/snowboarding and snow shoeing. Nicole's dedication to working with people, along with a strong sense of community, enables
her to provide the best service possible to her clients. Nicole is dedicated to learning and living a more sustainable lifestyle which is why in 2008 she worked toward and received
