These exquisite condominiums are located on Historic 3rd Avenue, right in the heart of downtown Durango, Colorado. Some of the 23 units that comprise The Boulevard Condominiums were sold before ground was broken on the project in the spring of 2004. I put in much hard work and led an aggressive marketing campaign utilizing my extensive contacts within Durango and my advertising experience. This project was very rewarding, allowing me to work with buyers to make certain that each of their individual customized desires were met. The final unit of the Boulevard was sold on November 4th 2005 and the home owners association was turned over to the owners shortly thereafter.
